i pose a question to all you lefty bassists if you can choose any 5 mass production righty basses to be made available left handed what would they be and why.
mine are as follows
1. Yamaha John Pattituchi signature 6 II (not a giant fan of his playing but love his tone and the spacing of the strings is just awsome)
2.Fender Marcus Miller 4 (its the marcus miller signature that says it all)
3.Epihone Korina flying v bass (im a sucker for a flying v)
4.Ephiphone EB3 reissue (im a giant jack bruce fan and i love the natural growl of the neck pickup of the originals and if the reissue is infact a true reissue well then...that would be perfect woudn't it)
5.Fender Victor Bailey jazz bass (though im not a fan of all those basses that have the really high fi preamps that makes them sound more like a guitar then a bass this bass is similar but has something about it, i played it once and it just has that certain i dont know what to it)

1) Gibson Thunderbird
2)Fender Jazz bass 70's reissue
3)Fender Geddy Lee Jazz
4)Gibson Ripper
5)Gibson Les Paul bass
There's a ton more I can think of, and the reason for all is just because i like them.

3.) Yamaha JP Sig 6... (great call on that one)
4.) MM Stingray 5 with both dual pickup configurations
5.) MM Sterling 5, also with all pickup options

I think he got rid of his Lakland JoBo5...
I wish i would have had the money when he decided to dump it, cuz then I'd have the only two in existence.
Here's mine before I installed a J-Retro:
I kept the original electronics all wired up on the plate, ready to go in case I ever want to switch back...

Do you mean their Skyline series?
Because every USA bass they make is available as a lefty at no additional charge.
