Just got this on ebay this morning!
Black SX SPB-57 PRECISION BASS w/ CASE

Always wanted to buy one of these and upgrade it! This was already done!!

Sounds like a great selection of upgrades, and those SX instruments consistently get best bang for the buck praise from players. Let us know how she sounds/plays. I'm seeing complete P bass knockoffs on ebay for as low as $39.95 these days (with another $39 for shipping), which seem like perfect project basses for upgrades/mods (provided the woods are at least decent). How bad could they be?
