Bart P4 sized 6-string cover in Bloodwood. I'll confess, making covers from Bloodwood is not an encouraging activity thanks to its disposition to tear out with even the slightest opportunity. Currently over 50% of the covers started don't make it to the place where the rear side cavity is hollowed out. That's a lot of wasted time and materials :cry:

our new winder is working out nicely. she's attentive to details and has brought several solid improvements for streamlining the workflows in obtaining consistency from coil to coil for a given design.

L -> R: 5 sets of TFD single-coils, 10 sets of J4 split-coils, and 5 sets of J5 split-coils

that's a lot of time at the winder this week to get these ready for wiring up, assembly (splits), potting, and packing into retail packaging before shipping off to a couple builders and a reseller
