Hey all -
here's a clip from my jazz thing - the Terra Soul Project. It has alums from Weather Report, Ray Charles, Kieko Matsui, Ernie Watts and John Legend in the band....that of course makes me the weakest link!
but they humor me and play my charts none the less!

I dunno, I kinda like the bass solo around the 3 to 4 min. mark. Very 8-) indeed!

Are you using at octave pedal at the end of it, or is that a sax playing along?

Man, i just can't wrap my brain around you jazz guys who play upside-down-stringing. My hands cramp up just at the thought of it!

You play the upright the same way?

Yep. 8ve pedal - love that sound on a fretless. Been my thing for a while....yep. Upright the same way...and I'm righthanded...I know, lots of therapy. Glad ya dig it...
