Is that his project with Sean Lennon?

No, Bryan Kehoe.

I've posted this here before:

But I could never make a resonator sound like that. :D

Haha, not how I'd play it but it does sound really cool.

I wonder what band of resonator bass claypool has?

Les had a modded Michael Kelly Resonator Bass a while back. It was a black one. They were RARE and short in production and only handful made. Not sure what he is playing now..... his fingers and playing helps

Wow, Congrats.... and I'm very jealous! Let us know what your in-depth review is, once you've thrashed it for awhile.... :D

For being a POS Resonator Dobro its actually not a POS and seller made it worth my while taking the drive out. It is a Johnson JR440ES acoustic/electric resonator. It looks identical to the Regal RD-05. I spent a few hours yesterday working on it modding the nut to my specs. It's a cool little bass and is LOUD acoustically. No volume or controls but a piezo (just plug and play).

I did cover up the Johnson logo on the headstock... Just another toy!!

Andrew, this should be moved to sold section.. thx!
