#5472 | Left-Handed 24-Fret 5-String.....the biggest gun in the Sadowsky tone arsenal

BODY |
Quilted Maple on Swamp Ash
FINGERBOARD |
Ebony, No Face Dots, 12" Radius, 1 7/8" Nut Width
PICKGUARD |

HARDWARE |
Black
PICKUPS |
Sadowsky Soapbars
WEIGHT |
8.40 lbs. (3.81 kg)
PREAMP |
Sadowsky Preamp with Vintage Tone Control |

I kept the protective films on the bass. The only thing that happened is some dents on the lower side of the neck around 12th fret caused by my laminated pass when I played this summer on a tv gig. Beside that the bass is like new and it comes with the Sadowsky light case which is the best case I've seen in a long time: light, strong and full of pockets. Comes with 2 brand new sets of Sadowsky strings and stuff to clean the bass. You'll get the exact same things I received when I got the bass with all the stuff.

This bass comes to $5,000 shipped and duty where you have to pay them.
I'll let it go around $3500 .

The Sadowsky is on its own league. This is the best 5 strings neck I played, very similar to a Rob Allen MB-2.

The low B is really tight for a 34" and as good as any other 35" but easier to play. They really got it right. The grain is just jaw-dropping and this bass is really light also. All the sound engineers that recorded it flipped on the tone, the balance and clarity.

I've got too many 5'ers right now and I'll stick with my custom basses for sentimental reasons.

OT, but maybe of interest ... a post in your Outbox indicates that the person you sent it to has not read it yet. with this you can tell when (if) your note has been received

all the best,

R

Still available.

The best bass and the only one you might play for the rest of your life.
If I didn't have my 22 years old custom 5, the Sad would have been a keeper for sure.
