I'm selling my 1996 Musicman Stingray 5. This was my workhorse bass from 96 to late 99/early 2000 when I got my Lakland Deluxe. I've been holding onto her for sentimental reasons but haven't really used her in over a decade so the time to sell has come.

I replaced the orginal electronics with a Seymour Duncan preamp and pickups. I say pickups, plural because I added a jazz pickup (ala Lakland). Also, (no, I don't have the original guts) She's got a few chips in the paint, a couple of missing knobs and some dings from my time rockin it but it sounds and plays great. The SPY sticker will come off if it sells, but if theres no interest, Ill keep it on.

Hopefully it sells, but if not, I can hold onto my "first love" of sorts for longer.

Asking $750.00 and comes with an Ernie Ball hardshell case.

More photos available upon request.

Holla......

Is the preamp 2 band or 3 band? Also, what does she weigh? I'd love to get it, but I'm about 3 weeks from getting my tax return.....

Trades are a consideration but I'm not looking for the model you're offering up though. And yes, I still have the bass.
