I have never bought any basses second hand from overseas or shipped anything either. Not because of expense just because I never have and worried things could be broken and trying to straighten that out I think would be a horror. A good friend of mine bought a Wal a few years ago from a guy in Germany and it came damaged and it took months to figure it all out. I’m not totally opposed but I would feel more comfortable shipping it in a hard shell case. I know sometime guys will take the neck off to save money in shipping. I would never do that. I do have it in a hard shell case and actually the cool thing is I got that case and I saved 2 boxes. It was packed so well. The case was wrapped in plastic, then in one heavy cardboard box then into another cardboard box. So if I do this is how I will ship it to keep it as safe as possible. Shipping and VAT will cost some dough. I only use FedEx period. If you like PM me your actual address and I’ll get a shipping quote for you from FedEx if you are serious. Thanks for checking it out. The EBay description explains the condition pretty well.

My brother is staitioned right outside of London. He is in the Air Force "Chair Force" he says they don't do much but drink in pubs and get their asses kicked by the locals. So you are near Billingham and Middlebrough ??
