Post subject:  Anybody Ever Wire Their J Bass in Series?

I'm thinking about it but not sure it's worth the effort or not and/or if a lefty might present any unforeseen problems (even though 99% of the lefty basses I've encountered have righty pots). Basically looking to cop a beefier, fatter P bass territory and wondering if it gets you close enough.

even better - wire it up with a series/parallel switch (or use a push/pull pot on the volume like this drawing)

depending on your pickups, you'll really hear the difference. I liked it so much, that it's stock on all of the VRB x.2 units shipped to dealers

My Regenerate Axiom is wired for series/parallel, great option.
