Very cool. I have seen that concept design before years ago, so it is by no means, "The world's first fretted/fretless bass". Or maybe it was the same guy? (How long's he been in business?). It is, however, an interesting idea, though you obviously have to have your action set up for fretted mode to avoid buzzing, which may or may not be too high for your fretless comfort. So the burning questions are: does he build lefties and if so how much do they cost? |

Seems cool, but I could never justify the price for myself, given how little I play fretless. |
