Sad thing is, on a bad night Jaco could sound a lot like that.  Most of those "Shreds" videos are hysterical. Check out the Michael Manring, Mark King, and Paco Deluca ones as well.

Also be sure to search Youtube for the 'John Petrucci phycho excercises'. Hilarious! Especially the one where he discusses his gear There was one with Yngwie Malmsteen as well that I laughed my ass off to, but that was taken off. That's just brilliant! All of it. A great reminder, lest we start to take ourselves too seriously. I laughed out loud at the EVH vid - just as well nobody was around at the time.
