The Badass may have caused the action to be too high. Maybe the replaced saddles can be adjusted lower.

Would be something to consider if he had the original bridge to put back on or give a discount matching the price of a G&L bridge at their web store, hoping you could put that back without seeing any marks left from the current bridge.
