Thanks man. This bass went on a lot of touring adventures with me, including an amazing trip to Guantanamo Bay. I was just thinking about this axe the day before it popped up on reverb. Crazy! |

It might be as early as '96. I seem to recall buying it around early '98. Dammit, now you're giving me a 2nd round of sellers remorse.  EDIT: Back in the day, GC had expanded with 3 new stores in metro Phx around '96 or '97. I recall the guys at GC saying the SR5 was one of the basses brought in for the opening ... so there you go! They had a 2nd SR5, but it was nowhere as nice as this one. |
