Isn't that the guy who, a few years ago, bought and sold lefty basses to copy their bodyshapes, and then sold his crooked copies on eBay with bridges that couldn't possibly be intonated and stuff like that? I remember copies of Schecters, ATK's and other stuff with monorail bridges installed at such an angle they were impossible to intonate.

This Jazz actually looks nice! He must have been practicing :)
Pickup positioning is unusual, but might work (very close to the bridge!). I still wouldn't buy this unseen though, I would really want to test if it sets up well and tunes and intonates well.

Nice one Jeroen! I’d totally forgotten about that thread. This one seems much better on the assembly front, but I’m surprised to see EMG Select pickups. These are on close-out at $15 each at StuMac right now, and I’d hope for something a tad better in a $700 bass..
