It's listed on EBay too. Don't see too many with black blocked and bound necks, however the price is too high for a refinished body and replacement bridge. Looks like the pick guard and pickups could be replaced, maybe even the control plate. Would want to see the pots and wiring.

Besides the plate serial number, is anyone able to
confirm 1973, meaning are guys able to recognize the pickups spacing?
Hard to tell with the badass bridge.
