WHOA! There are very few of these around!

If anyone has any interest in trying one of these, I recommend jumping on this, if you can, while you can. It could be a good long while before another one pops up. The last lefty 4004 I have seen for sale was Jayce's listing for that quilted 4004 he had like, 4 years ago

That is actually how I found this forum - I was on the hunt for a 4004 at the time and his listing turned up in my searching.

Very good sounding bass! My (righty) friend plays one professionally as a session bassist and it's actually his #1.
