'66 or '67 I believe is the first year for those basses. |

Pictures don't show the serial number. The lollipop tuners are usually seen on mid 60's basses, so that matches your dating Matt. Thanks for the info! |

As I said I'm not up on these so I don't know about the price, but if I was looking for one I think it would be hard to expect to find one much better. But I certainly could be wrong. |

You can see brush strokes on the headstock, and there appears to be a lighter blue under the finish in the 1st pic of the body. |
