Thanks a lot for the tip!! I ended up buying the Spector at 6am while eating breakfast at a hotel in the U.K. as I waited to go to the airport  The GC app is such an enabler  It's coming from CA so will be here this week. Will give an update when it's in my sticky paws. |

For $75 more obo I have one for sale right now in the classifieds with EMGs and USA tuners and I'm right down in Eugene. Play before you buy

I did see your listing, and if I hadn't already had cash at GC from trading a bass in a few weeks back, I'd definitely have come down to check it out. |

I forgot to mention that I took it back as I thought the preamp was jacked up. I know the electronics are not stellar, but the output was very low and very noisy... looks like I was not the only one to come to that conclusion. I was planning to upgrade it, but not the second I purchased it. |

As this thread is about Guitar Center and used basses, I get coupons from them via email and I was just testing the waters and selected a lefty Jazz Bass for $799 added the coupon code and it took 15% off! I did not buy the bass as I am overstocked right now but cool that the 15% coupon worked. |
