I bought this one about 2 months ago... :)
It took him 3 weeks to ship it after I paid but it made it here!

I haven't played much with it but it's a lot of fun!
The back has some marks and scratches, the case is mint in the inside but a little beat up on the outside, it doesn't bother me.
As soon as it arrived I gave it a full clean up and replaced the rusty strings and added a Hipshot 3 point bridge to it.
The neck pickup sounds a lot lower than the bridge pickup, I can barely hear it, so I took it to a pro and he said the pickup is no good...
I called Gibson and they told me to buy the allparts replacement but that covers the older basses, mine has 2 blades inside so I'm thinking on getting a Dimarzio Model One DP120 for it and it should sound a lot better than the stock pickup.
Overall, well worth it!

I contacted Lindy Fralin about rewinding the pickup and I've got a reply by Tom Brantley saying he could take care of it so it's already on it's way!

The pickup is ready and just shipped...!
Here's Tom's reply:
Hello Paulo
I have this completed.
It came from the factory out of phase with itself. This made it weak and thin sounding but it is back to normal now. I also had to add a new lead as I could not determine the final phase because of this. I'll send a phase checking procedure along with the repaired pickup. Instead of the traditional Gibson lead you now have a two conductor with shield. You or your tech will have to determine whether black or white will be used as the hot.
So basically Gibson screwed it up.
Well I can't wait to give it a try!
