I've been dying to try one of these, but for the longest time no one had one in stock (only the 5-er). I think I might be all guitarred out for the year, though.

Dennis has revamped his site, I see. Looks great.

I tried one at NAMM a couple of years ago and I was impressed with how well it projected unplugged, even in a noisy open convention hall. I'd like to get a fretless one.

3 or 4 years ago, I met with the owner of Boulder Creek (Jeff?) in their Morgan Hill, Ca warehouse. Super nice guy and very passionate about his product. He brought a lefty model for me to try and I really loved it. I was not on the market for an acoustic bass but I thought it was a great bass. He actually told me "another local lefty bassist once came and tried this model", most likely it was either Gravesbass or bbl.

It is a great bass if you are looking for an EAB.

Small world, yup... ;) It was me, Frenchy. Jeff was cool and so was his AR guy (cant remember his name). I was interested but never went back to it. I am still interested in their 5 string lined fretless but they are still using the right handed headstock. I was trying to get them to reverse it to true lefty 3 top 2 bottom.

I've been interested in these ever since Tim posted a link a while ago. Also, you never see them come up used, which is a good sign usually imo.
