Me neither. I took a quick look around and it sounds like it was to be G&L's stingray. Jazz-width neck standard.

That poor bass has lived too close to the ocean, methinks.

I agree I have never seen that model sure it close to one of a kind for lefties. If this is like my L2000 but only one pick up that would be a great bass as I love my G&L.

That is rare - never saw a lefty Climax before. They are the predecessor to the L1500 - it is kinda Stingray like. I am not sure of the origin of the name, but Leo often used military inspired names due to the strong presence of the armed forces in Orange County.

I bought that bass new. Very pretty, nice neck, but it sounded AWFUL. I'm super nostalgic when it comes to my former basses, but I will not be calling the seller this time.

BTW, $650 is what I paid for it new with case.
