Haha. This is definitely right up my alley. But... that price is WAY outta line. I know that the UK bears higher prices than North America but still...

I would go to the guitar shop 2km from my house, buy the right handed one they have - for $800 CAD - and have my luthier buddy make me a lefty body - WAY before I would spend that kinda cash on one across the ocean. I frickin' love these basses but lets be honest. There's not as much added value in having these basses be "all original" as there is with a '75 P Bass, for example. Nice bass though.
