At least I think it's an SR800. But I've certainly never seen a lefty in this color before:

I have never seen an Ibanez bass in seafoam green before. Interesting. Wonder if its an aftermarket finish. Japan made.. probably original. Not sure you could finish over the logo.. Looks original. 300$ starting ain't too bad.

That's an original colour, but this is the first time I see it on a lefty, I always thought those only came in black. I used to have one of those in black, that one was an '87 SR800LE but the label on the back of the headstock said SR1000E. It couldn't be an SR1000E though, as those have carved bodies and a different preamp with only 3 knobs and 1 switch (volume, pan, midshift and a boost switch for the selected EQ 'preset').

The colour is Caribbean Blue (CB), which fades to this beautiful green over time. It can be found in these catalog shots:

They also came in Laser blue (European market) and Lipstick red.

Great collection! Are all three of them SR800's?

This one was mine, note the SR1000E sticker on the tip of the headstock (sorry for the poor picture quality and all the glare from not cleaning the bass prior to taking the picture):

Yeah, they're all 3 800's. The true model number can be found in the neck pocket.
