Shipping is quite expensive but so far combined with the current price it's not bad!

Agreed on shipping with current price however remember the Buyer is responsible for import duties and possible other charges. Still not bad but make sure you get them calculated before you place an offer.

no import duties or taxes on repatriated instruments. i.e. instruments that were originally considered Made In U.S.A.

Don't know what the general shipping charges show up for the rest of you. but for Hawaii, it lists shipping as $300... I don't care where you live, but $300 just seems to be WAY too much...

Yes, 300, wayyy too much but combined with the current price so far, 1025 plus 300 is the cheapest one around! Of course it's gonna go up!

AzWhoFan, thanks great information and you are correct, however small footnote unrelated to the Rick.

I purchased a vintage instrument and I had to pay duties, looking back at the information there is a stipulation (from the web site below).

From cbp.gov https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/375/~/duty-on-u.s.-made-goods-returning-to-the-u.s.

However, the provision stipulates the goods value could not have been advanced nor the condition improved while abroad. In other words, if an item was repaired or improved, duty could be owed on either the fair market value of the labor or the item as it has been changed.

In this case AzWhoFan is correct as selling price is same or lower than list price but good to know if purchasing an instrument that has gone up in value.
