Yes this just seems to be a reversed picture. It is not listed as a lefty in the description and it does not come up in a lefty specific search.

The product description says this:

Les paul bass 2013 left hand


So I took a chance and ordered one. I will know tomorrow if it is a lefty or not. Wish me luck

Price on Amazon says $1593.62 now. If anyone got one for $842 consider that a steal.

yep , it's lefty and I got it for $826.25

Thank you, kmf for posting it! I never would have been able to get it for the regular price.

Well, I stand corrected and I'm glad it went to one of our own!
Congrats, Madbanjoman that is a beauty.
I played one at Southpaw Guitars while I was out in Houston this summer. They are nice basses and you got a great deal on that one.

Thank you Basshappi, I got it on impulse. The deal was too good to pass up, but I really never considered a Gibson bass before. That said, I am really surprised how much I like it. The balance on the instrument is perfect. No neck dive. The pickups are really growly and hot! They drive my tube amp hard. The neck is comfortable. It even came with a nice Gibson case. I haven't weighted it but it feels heavy. Won't know for sure until I can take on a gig whether it is too heavy or not. Unfortunately, it is my Christmas gift and I am not allowed to play with it until after Christmas. At least not when anyone is awake in the house ;)
