I messaged the seller and asked the weight of this bass. He informed me " I'd guess 22 lbs." :)

Does that include the 14 pound rock tied to the bass? I'm guessing that is with the case?

One of these used at Guitar Center for $699.99. They of course have posted the wrong picture (a right handed Tele  ) but it's an EB for sure.

Flat round strings....

I work at the GC with the one for 699.99. It plays pretty well but could definitely use some new strings/set up. I was super impressed with the tonal options on it (I had never played one before). If I had the money, I'd have gotten it the day it came in. It's off-white with a tort pickguard (I don't know the official Gibson color names). The guy who sold it to us is a good guy and takes good care of his instruments, he's just more of a guitarist than a bassist which might explain the feeling of... it hasn't been regularly played in a while.

On another note, do all Gibson lefty basses come with righty pots? It seems odd to me.

So far in my experience post 2012 (including US Gibson guitars, not Epiphone for some reason), yes.
I've picked up a couple since they started making more lefties, and thus far all have been wired with "right handed" pots.

An EB in white would be sweet.

Here she is. Sorry about the poor quality. It's the biggest file size I can send right now. I can get more and better pictures if anyone is interested.
