It is a tad high IMHO, by about a grand. But then again there were only 12(?) lefty V63's made. And don't quote me on this but I think only 3 or 4 of those were Mapleglo. The owner of Nationwide is a decent guy and there is room to negotiate with him if you are seriously thinking of buying this.

It's on hold. Wonder what the offer was for.

Cool bass. Looks like there might be a small amount of bridge lift from the first pic. Anybody else see that?

Once again I'm reminded of the day I saw a lefty Fireglo V63 hanging on the wall in Maggio's Music, Brooklyn and deemed the $1200 asking price "too rich for my blood".

Yeah, it really wasn't that long ago (maybe a decade+ ago?) that you could still get a lefty Rick off ebay for about $700-800. I do recall a few late 70's Rick 4001s going for that amount, (I got my '79 NM Burgundyglo in 2002-3? for about $900 from The Music Connection). So when you consider what one might have paid for a new one back in the 70's only to get face value or slightly more almost 30 years later, they were criminally undervalued. They just didn't have the market value of a Fender at the time.
