Price is a bit high, especially when no case comes with it. I bought one last year for $250-or-so.... the leg-rest was broken, but I was able to source a new one for about $45. Still need a case though... they're not that expensive- I just haven't gotten around buying one, as I'm still trying to get a good shipping deal...

I have that bass in walnut satin and I absolutely love it. It plays great. $250 is a fantastic price for a bass of that caliber.

The only complaint I have about mine is that it doesn't have a sixth string

fivebass52,
If you're specifically looking for a case, I can't help you, but if a gig bag will do, I recommend Headless USA (http://www.headlessusa.com/gig-bags). I bought one for both my Hohner B2AV and Steinberger Spirit guitar. They are of great quality, much better than the bag that came with my Steinberger Spirit guitar and the folks there are excellent to do business with.

I never really "got" what a Rick is capable of until I ran it stereo a few times in my college band. We used to call it the "Piano of Doom". You get all the bottom and all the top in total a**kicking mode.
