I've owned two Alembics and loved them both (Distillate and Spoiler) and I was a knucklehead
to ever get rid of them... it's overpriced especially with the damage...

Spoiler and distillate... Lucky SOB! Spoiler is one of my favorite bass designs. My GAS gets 1000x worse whenever i see lefty spoiler pics :D haha

If I were to ever get one it would almost certainly be used. Although mica a Alembic said if you get it through a dealer you can save 1-2000. Still pricey but its a good saving

One of the fellows over at alembic Club saw the epic and even he said they're overpriced and that's why these basses haven't sold yet. The reasonably priced ones go like that.
