One of the original Pedulla basses. Is this for real? ha!!!! Those sure look like Wal Pickups and older Wal knobs as well from the early days.

That is a cool looking bass, but it was for sale for years for $400 and no one bit. It only sold from the store that had it on (i think) gbase a couple years ago. A $1,000 price jump in a few years seems like a lot to me.

I think the electronics in it were made by Dimarzio.

Yea, I think your correct Andrew. Those are the older Dimarzio pups. 1400 is a high start price from a seller with no feedback... but you never know from all the collectors.

I don't recall ever seeing this one before. I do remember an early orange lefty 4 string Pedulla that was on ebay years ago that had a missing truss rod cover that no one ever bought, however, but it had a different headstock logo than this (closer to today's logo).

It does look like a Wal, doesn't it? Can anyone confirm if it looks 100% original? Those look like Dimarzio Model 1 PUPs to me, which I would doubt were original to the bass, but I don't know enough about early Pedullas to confirm. Weird how the Badass bridge butts right up to the back of the bridge PUP too.

Might be worth a shot to contact Mike Pedulla about this one.
