Something doesn't look right (besides the frets being shot). At first I thought it was a MIJ neck but MIJ doesn't have the code under the Fender logo. Could it be a decal? Also Fender didn't start using the 3 bolt until 75', not 72, etc...... My late 74', early 75' was a 4 bolt.

The neck radius just looks a little strange.. Legit or not legit!!!

It doesn't look like a MIJ neck to me; it looks like a real '75 MIA neck.

The bit about it being 4 bolt and original is crap. It's a 3 bolt that was mounted on a 4 bolt body at some point.

This seller must've did an ebay search, found the ridiculously overpriced 70's neck already on there and decided that's what they sell for.

I'm in complete agreement with Andrew on both points.I really doubt anyone is gonna drop that kind of money for a Fender neck at that price to finish any project.I would think if you'd spend that kind of money you could probably be able to find one that actually has the rest of the bass attached to it and all original ;) posting.php?mode=reply&f=13&t=4686#The seller probably should figure out no one paid for the other neck for months but hey maybe it's a friend of Groovy guitar.Just show pics of the drilled holes followed by pictures of the hounds from hell and insist on 150 percent of it's actual worth.
