For the record this bass sold on ebay on 2-27-2008 for $29,001.00

Described as a Vintage Original 1960 Fender Jazz Bass in custom color

Sold for only $39,000!

Believe it or not, that's a great price compared to market value of righties, and it's probably one of the rarest 1960 Jazz basses in the world.
