hi guys,just wanna let everyone know if interested that there is a lefty lakland bob glaub u.s.a for sale at new jersey guitar,looks rel nice if your into the pbass kinda thing,i emailed them for a price and year of make but the reply was to call them direct for info,just thought id let ya all know about it,talk to ya all soon.

thanks for the reminder. This bass has been discussed somewhere before on this board, but it's been quite a while since anyone's mentioned it. I can tell you that it has been hanging in his store for a LONG time ( couple of years maybe? ) and that he won't budge on the price. Wouldn't even think of negotiating during the height of the depression.

I thought I'd read somewhere (here?) that it'd sold. Perhaps it was returned? If it is the same one they've had forever it fell at the store and inherited a nice ding on the front of the body too, which merited no discount.

My experience with NJG+B was bad, I wouldn't shop there personally.

The old one sold. About a year ago I was going to buy it and it had sold a day before. And I don't see the ding on this one, but the pic is not close enough. . . it could very well be the same one that the buyers traded for something else. Too bad I'm not into buying P-Basses right now. Not too many lefty Glaubs out there.
