:? No picture of the broken peg, almost as many pictures of the case, repaint..... not being a Fender guy at all, I have no clue if this is indeed a fixer-upper, or just someone trying to make a buck off the Fender mystique...

Yeah hard to say, hence my question mark :) I say if the neck is in good shape, it'd be worth the starting bid or a little less. Definitely not the BIN though.

I'd say the price is a little steep for what it is, but only a little bit. Factor in new tuners, pickups and refin and compare that to a less modded bass of a similar age in value. This bass should come up a bunch less for being non original. At $1200 BIN, once you restore this bass it'd cost more than the one Graves is selling right now.

True. I'd almost like to see if the guy would just part with the neck. Maybe pair it up with a Warmoth CAR or Lake Placid Blue Body and mint green guard......

Yea, buy my bass. Its a good P.... I just bought a Jazz and need the change back into my piggy bank. Its running dry with people like thumbslam sending me a text of a Jazz I didnt really need... thx thumb-scam.
My bass is a player. I had a guy from Canada try to lowball me and said 100$ was too much for shipping from Calif to Alberta, Canada. The bas and case is freaking heavy!!! Then he told me he only had $1650 for it since he gets charged 210$ vat? ...and I care???? Yea, how bout I be a good sport and front it to you too.
