This model was never released as a fretless lefty only fretted
So the fretboard was completely changed to a fretless one I guess

on top one switch is broken and unclear if the electronic still works...

This one is for sale in France, recently serviced and re-fretted with original case. Cost of service/re-fret close to 400 euros, selling for 1000 euros.

In beautiful condition.

Unfortunatly, pick-up only, no shipping... And too far from my place for me to pick up for one of you, sorry!

This one from France has an LED beside the Active/Passive switch, I have never seen this. Is this original?

No, it is not. I recon it was added as an indicator for the active/passive-switch.
