Screaming deal on a cool bass. I did enjoy my BB1600. I'd love to give it a home and refinish it (mine was a very bog-standard black with gold hardware and i'd bet this one was too), if I wasn't in Taiwan. Pickups and bridge look to be original. I'm pretty sure the tuners have been replaced, as the originals had 4 screws.

I was trying to figure out what was going on with the neck plate, as I don't recall mine overhanging on one edge. Looking at other BB1600's, they have a squared off body under the neck plate, so it looks like someone may have modified the upper horn a tad? I'd also have to burn those knobs... just because..
