Jay is great, I looked at some of the other basses he has stocked. Some of those lefties have been there for at least 10 years or more.

That's probably because he has a reputation for his unwillingness to negotiate his prices.

It's true. I still check every few months, and get excited when I see a new one.
There are one or two in there that I talked myself out of buying 5 years ago. I did end up buying a Hohner from him that I ended up selling here a year or two later. Jay was friendly and easy to deal with by phone, though.
