Don't remember if this one has been listed before, so I thought I'd post it.

I got to see and try this bass. While it is stunning, even more so in person,
and while it sounds and plays like the best of them, like seriously,
the one thing they aren’t listing
is a major neck repair by the headstock. It looked like the whole headstock had
been snapped off right above the nut. You can still see the hair line crack on the painted side
and the back has several pieces of wood shaped and glued together to reform the neck meeting
the back of the headstock.
To be fair, it doesn’t look like a new repair, and it looked very well done and stable.
It was apparently owned by an MTV producer who barely played it, hence the frets
are in very good condition, and as mentioned it’s strung right handed with the nut flipped.
Other than that, yikes, it’s a very good one

I thought I recognized it. I saw it listed a while back somewhere and that listing had pictures showing the repair and if my memory is right it disclosed the repair in the description. At that time I thought it was in the Baltimore MD. area, but on that I'm not as sure. Thanks for the info Matt!
