Thanks, but that's the guy who buys basses just to part them out. I won't knowingly support that.

I've also had a bad experience with him directly.

I applaud that. I won't either. I confronted this guy (below) on tearing apart some lefty, vintage basses for parts. It's a bad practice.
I get if something is wrong with a bass - yes, part it out. But don't just tear them apart. It's the same practice as a car chop shop.
