If you are using standard elephant ear tuning pegs, you should be able to reverse a RH version, .... dismantle the whole tuning peg and fit it back for lefty. Done it a few times and I don't bother looking for lefty ones. |

Some of those type tuners like on the Kluson style and the ones from the rest of the 60s and early to mid 70s are built in a way that they can't be dismantled. |
