The fault was diagnosed by my local Marshall agent, acknowledged but with no help offered by Marshall UK.
These facts given : can you assist with locating a reliable source of transformers ?

I have a Marshall Major amplifier in need of new transformers. So far I have only had positive response from Mercury Electronics in the USA - their prices are $450 each before shipping costs !!!
Can anyone help in locating a reliable source of these units ??
