There are a few lefty 73/74’s floating around with 3 bolt necks. And if you’ve noticed on the heel of the neck on mine there are 2 serial numbers. The newer looking one denotes a 74 but the lighter one behind it denotes it as a 1973. According to George Gruhn it was more than likely built in late 73 ...

It’s a 4 bolt.
The transition to 3 bolt took place in late 73/early 74 according to Fender.
